We are a mobile service-area business, which means all the work happens at your property and there is no shop to visit. Wetaskiwin sits within the central Alberta area we cover from Edmonton, and jobs there are scheduled into the same routing as everything else we do that day.
Practically, that means booking a little further ahead is the realistic approach outside Edmonton, and that the busiest stretch is autumn, when everyone books at once before the first cold snap. If you already know you will want a sweep this heating season, booking in late summer gets you a wider choice of dates than booking in October.
What to have ready when you book
- What the appliance is — wood fireplace, wood stove, pellet stove, or gas insert
- Roughly when it was last swept or inspected, if you know
- Whether you need documentation (a WETT report for insurance or a sale) or just a clean
- Anything you have noticed: smoke coming back into the room, staining, a draft that has changed, water where it should not be
